Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy for Damaged Furniture

  1. Eligibility for Return:

    • Only furniture that was damaged during transport can be returned via Campos Transport.

  2. Inspection and Decision:

    • Upon inspection of the returned goods, Nursery In A Box will make a final decision regarding the exchange of item(s).

  3. If Exchange is Granted:

    • Nursery In A Box will inform the client if an exchange is granted.

    • The exchange item(s) will be sent back to the client within 10 to 15 working days.

    • All transport fees will be covered by Nursery In A Box.

  4. If Exchange is Not Granted:

    • If an exchange is not granted, the item(s) will be sent back to the client via Campos Transport.

    • All transport fees will be billed to the client.

  5. Non-Returnable Items:

    • No other items bought can be returned.
